Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026 · Last updated: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Media Network, LLC ("Atlas Media Network," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.atlasmedianetwork.org (the "Site") or contact us. It also explains the choices and rights you may have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

If you submit a form on the Site, such as a contact form, we collect the information you enter. This may include your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver and secure the Site.

When a form is submitted, our form processor may also record your IP address and browser information with the submission to help prevent spam and abuse.

Information we do not collect

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or social media tracking on the Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive data, such as precise geolocation, health information, financial account details, or government identification numbers. Please do not include sensitive information in form submissions or emails.

2. How we use information

If we begin to use personal information for a purpose that is materially different from those listed here, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set its own cookies and does not use tracking technologies for analytics or advertising. Our service providers may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse, and process form submissions. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes. Technical server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its standard retention schedule.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Residents of Connecticut have the following rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, subject to certain exceptions:

Residents of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may have similar rights. We will honor requests as required by the laws that apply to us and will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. How to exercise your rights

To submit a request, email privacy@atlasmedianetwork.org with the subject line "Privacy Request," and tell us which right you wish to exercise.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing privacy@atlasmedianetwork.org with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" within a reasonable time after receiving our response. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General at portal.ct.gov/ag.

9. Opt-out preference signals

Where required by law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser or device. Because we do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising, no further action is needed on your part.

10. Children and teens

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not sell the personal information of, or engage in targeted advertising to, consumers we know to be under 18.

11. International visitors

Atlas Media Network is based in the United States, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site may contain links to websites and services operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
